Executive Headteacher’s Welcome

About Us

" This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." John 15:12

A very warm welcome to our wonderful school.  It is truly a special place; where the children are at the centre of everything we do.

As a small school, the staff know every child well and provide a caring and nurturing environment where children thrive and achieve.  This is a school where children feel safe and secure, valued and cared for and flourish and succeed.

Stockcross Primary School benefits from being part of the Kite Primary Federation, working closely with Welford and Wickham Primary School to provide the very best opportunities for the children whilst maintaining the unique character of this special, small school.

We benefit from being a Church of England school.  This means that our school is built on Christian values and we place the children’s learning and welfare at the centre of all that we do.  We do, of course, welcome all pupils, parents, staff and visitors from any, or no, religious background.

It is a privilege to be the Executive Headteacher of the Kite Primary Federation and to lead Stockcross Primary School.  The school has a talented team of teachers and support staff who make our vision and values a reality on a daily basis.  They provide superb learning opportunities through a rich, varied and challenging curriculum enabling children to achieve their potential.

Through this website, we hope that you will be encouraged to come and see for yourself what a special place our school is.  I would be delighted to show you and your child around the school, or if you prefer, some of our wonderful children can give you a tour.  We also run Open Morning events which consist of a presentation from me then a tour from the children into each of the classes to showcase a flavour of some of the wonderful learning opportunities available.  If you would like to visit, please contact the school office to arrange your visit.
