- Data Collection Sheet: please return this to the office shortly after you have accepted an offer of a school place
- Milk Order Form: to book your child’s daily milk follow the web link in this letter
- Croc Club: if your child will need after-school childcare please complete a registration form and return as soon as possible to secure a place
- Uniform: if you would like to purchase from our Second Hand Shop let the office know
